This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of the defendant health care providers in a medical malpractice case. The primary question presented is the constitutionality of the strict limitations provisions of Tex. Ins. Code Ann. art. 5.82, § 4 (Vernon 1981)(repealed), as applied to a person of unsound mind. We reverse the trial court and remand the cause for trial.
